1. Book a meeting

- Your lender will work with you to get pre-approved for your mortgage. Your finances will be evaluated and will determine what you can afford for your new home.
3. Shop for your new home
- Now’s the fun part, it’s time to start shopping with your realtor! Once you find the right house, make an offer, and it’s accepted, your lender will finalize your mortgage and work with the realtor and lawyer to transfer the house to you.
